Te Rina's class investigate the insulating properties of various materials using a set up as shown in the diagram.
Each group used 20 mL of hot water in the boiling tube. They recorded the tempearture of the water at the start and after 5 minutes and wrote their results on the board. Their teacher told them to copy down the results and write up the experiment for homework.
